Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Ahtires when you use the app. They are short on purpose. Using Ahtires means you agree to them.

What Ahtires is

Ahtires is a closet first styling app. You photograph the clothes you own, our AI reads and organises them, and the app helps you restyle what you already have, including rendering looks on your own fitting photo.

Your account

Keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them. You must be at least 13 to use Ahtires. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

Your photos stay yours. By adding them you give us permission to store and process them purely to run the app for you, such as tagging pieces and rendering try ons. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and keep them appropriate. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Credits and purchases

• Some actions, like adding pieces and rendering try ons, use credits.
• You receive a free monthly allowance that refreshes on the first of each month. Unused free credits do not roll over.
• You can buy credit packs through the App Store. Purchased credits do not expire.
• Payments are handled by Apple under their terms. Refunds follow Apple’s refund process and applicable law.
• We may adjust allowances, pricing or what actions cost credits. If we do, we will tell you in the app first.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no breaking in, scraping, reverse engineering, reselling access, or uploading anything unlawful or harmful. Be a good human.

The honest disclaimers

Try on renders are AI generated previews and may not perfectly match real fit or colour. The service is provided as is and we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Ending things

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the disclaimers, survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will let you know in the app before the change takes effect.
