Common questions
- How do credits work? Adding a piece and rendering a try on each use credits. You get a free allowance every month that refreshes on the first, and you can buy a credit pack any time. Purchased credits never expire.
- My try on looks off. Try on images are AI previews. A clear, well lit fitting photo taken straight on gives the best result. You can update your fitting photo any time in Settings.
- Is my closet private? Yes. Everything is private by default. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.
- How do I delete my account? Open Settings, choose Manage account, then Delete account. This permanently removes everything stored for you.
- I did not get my confirmation email. Check your spam folder. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, email us and we will confirm your account manually.
